Will you create a relax list?
Studies have shown that the brain of a happy person is up to 30% more productive and creative than the brain of someone weighed down by negative thoughts.
STOP being busy and making your to-do list longer and start creating your to-relax list.
Challenge: at the start of the day when you create your to-do list, at the same time write down three things in your to-relax list.
These could be things you’re going to do at the end of the day to look forward to. It might simply be a coffee and a walk around the garden for 10 minutes.
Start small, but start.

Will you stop being a busy bee?
Are you stuck in the habit of just being busy?
Busy in your calendar.
Busy is your response to ‘How are you?’
Busy being busy.
The most important tasks are those that truly improve your life, and the lives of others, over the long term.
Small decisions, daily habits, and consistent actions that compound over time to make a BIG difference.
