Will you STOP your bad habits?

On a recent episode, Leadership expert Craig Groeschel talked about the importance of eliminating bad habits.

“If you want to change your leadership, change your habits”.

What do you need to STOP doing and why?

However small, write the habit(s) down. Share the habit(s) with someone(s) to be accountable.

Then try to identify what triggers the habit, once you become clear you can then try to change the action that follows.

His reason?

"He embodies everything. He is a serial winner, his personality and character. He is the glue in every team that he has played, the glue that makes things special.”

We’ve got a challenge for you, are you in?

For the next seven days, at the start of each day, try to write down what your wins for the day are.

Don’t overthink it, let this be the glue in your day that keeps you focused.
