Will you practice?
Consistency beats intensity.
Practicing 30 minutes a day for 5 days is usually more effective than a single 2-hour block.
Regular, focused energy builds habits and long-term retention.
And improvement.
Take a moment to reflect, where could you improve? Why?
Now write down how you will aim to be more consistent in the coming weeks.
Share it with someone close to you for accountability.

Will you embrace failure?
Are you looking for immediate results?
Swayed by overnight success?
The value of learning from failures is not only about improving our mindset but also about fostering resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
In 2016, the England Men’s football team got knocked out to Iceland in the last 16. Failure.
The FA have been on a mission for all England teams to consistently compete at the biggest tournaments in the world.
Since 2016 the England teams have collectively reached the semi-finals, finals, or won major tournaments a total of 7 times:
Men's Team: 3 times (2018 World Cup semi-final, 2020 Euro final, 2024 Euro final)
Women's Team: 2 times (2022 Euro win, 2023 World Cup final)
Youth Teams: 2 times (2017 U-20 World Cup win, 2017 U-17 World Cup final)
How are you going to embrace failure in the coming weeks? Start by using this simple question framework:
What went well?
What could be even better?
What will I change for next time?

Will you help your team meet their goals?
Productivity expert and New York Times Bestseller Ali Abdaal highlights these five steps to help move towards your goals.
Step one: First write them down, make them clear
Step two: Look at them every week (start & end)
Step three: Monitor your progress
Step four: Visualise your obstacles
Step five: Tie them to an identity
Sounds simple but does your team actually do this? Do you?
What will you take away and look to implement with your team next week?
