Will you use half-time wisely?
It’s June.
The game’s not over but the whistle’s blown for half-time.
Not the kind where you scroll through your phone or grab a snack.
The kind where you pause with purpose.
The first half of 2025 is written.
But the second half? That’s still yours to shape.
What does the person you’re trying to become look like at the end of 2025?

Will you reflect with honesty?
Most goals fade, not from failure but from fog. We need more awareness.
Grab a quiet 15 minutes and walk through this check-in across all areas of life:
Health – Have you honoured your body or ignored its signals?
Family – Have you been present or just physically there?
Work – Are you creating meaning or just chasing metrics?
Self – What’s been energising you? What’s been draining you?
Write down one small win in each area—and one thing you want to shift.

Will you reconnect with others?
At half-time, great teams don’t just review plays, they reconnect with why they play.
This applies to your team. Your family. Even your closest friends.
Here’s a simple half-time prompt to ask someone you care about:
What’s one thing you want to be proud of by the end of this year and how can I support you in that?
You’ll be surprised how much this opens up.
And as a leader, at home or at work, asking that question might be the most powerful thing you do this month.
