More ideas, insight, and inspiration.

Will you protect your energy?

Are you managing your calendar or just surviving it?

Not everything that demands your attention deserves your energy.

The best leaders don’t hustle harder. They guard their energy so they can show up fully.

This week, try this simple reset:

  • Audit your calendar for the next 7 days.

  • Circle the commitments that drain you.

  • Put a star next to the ones that energise you.

What would it take to design more weeks around the stars?

Try the “Energy Audit” and set one boundary that gives your best energy back to your most important people.

Will you make space to think?

You weren’t built just to react. You were built to create.

But creativity needs space and so does strategy.

Leaders don’t just find answers. They carve out time to ask better questions.

Thinking time isn’t a luxury. It’s a performance edge.

Here’s a simple rhythm to build into your week:

  • 30 minutes to review what’s working and what’s not

  • 45 minutes to imagine a better way forward

  • 60 minutes to plan one bold move

Schedule it. Protect it. No phone. No inbox. Just your brain, a pen, and some margin.

Challenge: Block 45 minutes this week just to think. Label it “Winning edge” and treat it like your most important meeting.

Will you call someone up, not just out?

Leaders multiply impact when they lift others, especially in moments of doubt.

Someone near you is stuck in the fog right now. Maybe a teammate, a colleague, a family member.

They don’t need critique. They need belief.

Try this:

“I see something (be specific) in you. What would it look like if you believed it too?”

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it might change the direction of someone’s energy.

Send a voice note, a text, or a coffee invite with that message today.
