More ideas, insight, and inspiration.

Will You Lead Yourself With Awareness?
You can’t notice what your people need if you’re rushing through every interaction.
Focusing on awareness helps you to try and be more present.
Ask yourself:
• When did I last give someone my full attention?
• What signals do I send when I’m distracted?
• Who needs me to slow down long enough to really hear them?
Challenge:
Ask someone you trust to share one of your blind spots, something they can see but you often miss. Let it shape how you show up this week.
For a quick thought on self-awareness watch this from Simon Sinek.

Will You Lead Yourself With Curiosity?
Leaders get into trouble when they assume more than they enquire.
Curiosity pulls you closer to people; assumptions push you further away.
Ask yourself:
• Who have I stopped asking good questions to?
• What am I guessing instead of checking?
• Where might I be wrong about someone’s motivations or challenges?
Challenge:
Set aside 30 minutes this week to plan how you’ll lead with more curiosity next week. Who you’ll invest in, the questions you’ll ask, and the space you’ll create for them to be fully heard.
For an insightful conversation on curiosity and care watch this with Adam Grant and Brene Brown.

Will You Model Human-Centred Leadership For Others?
Your team takes their emotional cues from you.
If you stay transactional, they will too.
If you lead with presence, connection becomes the norm.
Ask yourself:
• Do I show that people matter more than pace?
• Do I praise output more than growth?
• What signals do I send about listening, empathy and belonging?
Challenge:
Create a simple weekly practice for your team or family: one question that invites truth.
Something as small as “What will help you win this week?” can change culture.
