Will you focus on your people first?

What is the vision?
It’s the destination you’re trying to take your target audience too.
What is the mission?
It’s to get your target audience to the destination.
So focus on why, then how and what.
Though before you focus on anyone else, do you have clarity on the vision and mission as the leader?
Challenge: End and start your weeks writing down your vision and mission. Make it clear, memorable and aligned with focus.

Will you develop the right processes?
Are you clear on the skills you need to help you win?
What people skills do you need to help deliver the most effective processes. How do they ladder up to your vision?
Are you a bottle neck or are you enabling your team to thrive?
Challenge: Review your key week-to-week processes and write down the key people skills you need to deliver them effectively. Review and refine.

Will you shape healthy performance?
Consistency is what sustains performance.
Focus on protecting the rhythms that matter.
Consistency gives you reliability and progress that compounds.
Intensity is a tool, not a default.
The art is to design when intensity is required and when it isn’t.
Intensity gives you fast momentum and visible progress.
Challenge: Aim for consistency as the foundation and intensity as the accelerator.
