Edition #40

More ideas, insight, and inspiration.

Will you be honest about change?

Change rarely fails because of strategy it fails because of avoidance.

Leaders often wait for “the right time,” but momentum is built through motion, not perfection.

Your advantage comes from the willingness to look honestly at what must shift in you before it shifts around you.

Your Challenge: Identify one change you’ve been postponing. Write down the real reason you’ve avoided it, not the convenient one. Take one visible step toward it today.

Will you embrace your resistance?

When you feel internal resistance, don’t fight it, learn from it.

Resistance reveals fear, assumptions, and outdated stories that need upgrading.

The leaders who stay adaptable aren’t fearless; they’re simply curious. They ask, “What is this discomfort trying to show me?”

Your Challenge: Identify one moment this week when resistance shows up - hesitation, tension, avoidance. Pause long enough to ask, “What is this trying to teach me?” Capture the insight, not the excuse.

Will you clarify the Why before you change the What?

People rarely resist change; they resist unclear change.

If your team or family doesn’t understand why the direction is shifting, they’ll cling to the familiar.

Bring them into the story early. Share the vision, the purpose, and the benefit.

When people feel included, uncertainty becomes possibility.

Your Challenge: Choose one upcoming change, big or small and share the Why behind it with your team or family before taking action. Invite one question or concern and let it shape the way you move forward.
